Many studies and trials have proven that pigeons will be Healthier
and race better when on a fixed schedule. The Fantastic Feeder allows
you to feed the pigeons from 1 to 6 times a day. The automatic timer,
which may be set to repeat a feeding for up to 10 days, will measure out
the exact amount you want to be delivered to your birds. The unit
holds up to 23 lbs. of feed, but this amount may be increased should you
add a second tank.
Each time the feed is delivered, the Fantastic Feeder will emit a chirping sound to tell your birds that
it is feeding time. In just a short time, your birds will recognise
the chirping sound and flock to the feeder. Pigeons have a great
Sense of hearing, and will even hear the chirping when outside the loft.
The feeder is constructed of fiber reinforced plastic and will give you
years of service. The amount of feed delivered may be adjusted at
any time. If you are going to be away for a period of time, just
think of the benefits of keeping your birds on the same schedule without
trusting someone else to follow your, instructions. Stock birds eat
about 30-40 grams of feed per day, breeders eat more depending on their
training schedule. You may set your Fantastic Feeder based on the
circumstances and adjust when needed. |
